Daniël Stein

Abstract  : Individual Mass Dispute Settlements and Proportionate Share Reduction

Daniël Stein is a PhD Student and teacher at the Radboud University Nijmegen. He has previously worked as a lawyer (attorney-at-law) at Stibbe in Amsterdam, where he handled mass disputes such as follow-on cartel damage actions, as well other complex litigation. His publications are mainly in the field of European and national civil law, including tort law, property law, procedural law and private international law. Daniël is a member of the editorial board of the Dutch Maandblad voor Vermogensrecht (Journal for Patrimonial Law). His PhD research focuses on joint and several liability in EU and national law
