Ariana J. Tadler is a Managing Partner at Milberg Tadler Phillips Grossman LLP and a Principal in Meta-eDiscovery LLC, a cutting-edge technology company that focuses on customized litigation support solutions and e-Discovery consulting. Ariana has 25+ years’ experience litigating and managing complex securities and consumer class actions and has served as court-appointed lead, co-lead, or class counsel in federal, multi-district, and state coordinated proceedings. Ariana is recognized as a preeminent leading authority on electronic discovery and has been appointed by United States Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts to serve on the Federal Civil Rules Advisory Committee. Additionally, she has been appointed by Committee Chair, Judge John D. Bates, to the subcommittee tasked with reviewing and considering potential civil rules for multidistrict litigation (MDL) cases. Ariana completed five years as Chair of The Sedona Conference®’s Board of Directors, and continues to serve as Chair Emeritus of the Steering Committee for Working Group 1 on Electronic Document Retention and Production. Ariana serves on the Advisory Board of Georgetown University Law Center’s Advanced eDiscovery Institute, where she helps to educate federal judges and lawyers on e-Discovery issues. She also sits on the Bloomberg Law Litigation Innovation Board and recently completed service as Executive Director of the Board of Advisors of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law’s Data Law Initiative (CDLI).
